西餐厨师要求：1，每日参加厨房部的早例会，记录内容，递交本部门的工作报告，汇报有关食品情况及客人的投诉和要求。2，协助行政总厨制定西餐厅菜牌、厨房菜谱及食品价格。3，布置工作任务，安排工作细节，并对员工工作给予指导和监督。4，安排厨房员工工作时间表，确保合理使用人力，必要时安排员工加班。5，监督、检查员工的个人卫生和劳动纪律。 6，协助行政总厨检验食品质量、制订原料采购计划，确保所有原料在使用过程中没有浪费或损坏等情况。7，全面负责所管辖范围内工具、设备、设施的正常使用、清洁和维护保养，以及工作区域的清洁卫生。8，确保厨房食品出品质量。9，经常检查食品味道、成色、所要求的温度及菜肴的份额。10，正确传达行政总厨的指示。11，制订西餐厨房年度年度工作目标和工作计划，按月做出预算及月度工作计划。
