Job Responsibilities
The IT Manager plays a central role in the successful delivery of managed services across our East China region. The key objectives are:
- Deliver and develop strong customer relationships and promote IT transformation to customers to enhance business performance.
- Manage service delivery to multiple customers, promoting continuous improvement in productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction
- Perform team leadership and people management
- Manage day-to-day operational activities/issues applying the ITIL model and best practices
- Manage Operation, Desktop Support and Service Desk Teams
- Participate in the system/procedural review and analyse existing business processes to identify the improvement areas
- Be the prime focal point to liaise with customers on all service review.
- To be the service escalation point when incidents’ severity reaches pre-defined level.
Asset Management
· Monitor and control software licenses, IT hardware, and telecommunication hardware lifecycle from purchase to disposal.
· Manage delivery of approved hardware and software procurement requests.
· IT asset utilisation is optimised.
· Assist in the development, documentation and implementation of Asset Management processes.

Qualifications & Technical Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- ITIL v3 Foundation
- 10 years’ experience in the IT Industry with at least 5 years’ experience in Service Delivery Management level
- Proven experience in managing IT service based on ITIL practice and processes
- Good interpersonal and communication skills drive the team to meet commitment and quality standard
- Proficiency in spoken and written in both English and Chinese
- Highly customer focused
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Excellent ability to manage multiple high priority efforts/ competing priorities and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities.
- Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups.
