They are used on metal furniture, window frames,radiators, pipes and cars, and even wood and plastic. We supply eight key market sectors - appliance, architectural, automotive,functional, furniture, general industry, general trade coaters and IT - with our global brands Interpon？ and Resicoat？.

Responsibilities:
？Organize and consolidate monthly MIAC reporting, Rolling Forecast, Budgeting and Mid-term Outlook;
？Prepare monthly SBU financial data package, review Unit's and consolidated financial data on an accurate and timely basis;
？Communicate reporting schedule and requirements between SBU and Units to meet all reporting deadlines;
？Maintain effective finance & accounting operations for Shanghai main office, including bookkeeping, reporting and budgeting of SBU central cost, and coordinate external and internal audit;
？Provide financial support to other Functional areas and coordinate requested management information and reports across Units (Capex, production costs, marketing project based costing);
？Responsible of interpreting AkzoNobel FEM and IFRS; provide Units with technical instructions / support to address accounting/reporting issues and ensure effective compliance;
？Continuously improve SBU-wide reporting quality and efficiency, annually review regional cost allocation scheme;
？Streamline and standardize accounting processes and workflow;
？Review and advise Units on financial LOR processes; ？Conduct quarterly Unit's Balance Sheet and hard-close reviews;
？Head up implementation of OneFinance initiatives and create appropriate stakeholder plans for local collaborative and integrative opportunities;
？Other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:
？Accounting Degree and professionally qualified Accountant with a minimum 10 years of accounting related experience in manufacturing industries;
？Sound knowledge of IFRS;
？Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
？Solution-oriented mindset and proactive approach to driving change;
？Skilled ERP user (SAP or Mfg Pro)
？Good command of written and verbal English
