JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for CVS Finance operations.
Lead the finance team in providing in-depth analysis and forecasts to assist business decision-makings.
Ensure sufficient financial routines and controls in place.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide accurate financial reporting including accounting, reporting, budgeting/forecasting.
2. Review, bridge, analyze and report on monthly/quarterly/annual financial performance as measured against budgets, forecast and historical results, and the related key performance indicators of entities concerned.
3. Coordinate with each functions through BOS review in achieving business targets, including margin improvement, cost productivity, sound investment returns and cash generation.
4. Implement internal control and ensure compliance with policies/procedures and SOX 404, to continuously improve internal control processes, execute all activities surrounding the annual audit performed by external auditors.
5. Manage and coordinate finance resources and processes for successful kingdee or SAP implementation , and for post-implementation follow up.
6. Lead, coach and motivate a team of finance professionals , and manage the growth and development of team and their talents including allocating duties and assignments and identifying training needs for current jobs and potential roles;
SKILL / KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
1. A minimum of 8 years relevant experience, especial in Auto industry and manufacturing.
2. Eperience, having demonstrated strong financial and business planning skills, is required.
3. Bachelor degree in Business/Finance or other related field of knowledge is required. CPA/MBA/ ACCA.
4. Understanding of local statutory requirements and US GAAP；
5. Understanding of internal controls
6. Strong finance analytical skills
7. Familiar with SAP
8. Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication and leadership
9. Fluent in English both written and oral
