1. 协助餐厅经理处理餐厅日常运营以及日常管理

2. 熟悉餐厅管理和服务流程，具有熟练的服务技能

3. 能有效调配餐线服务人员以及洗消间人员的日常工作，根据的工作需要进行合理的排班

4. 按时按要求做好餐厅食物的留样及浪费日志报告

5. 开餐时间能及时和厨师沟通安排出菜顺序以及数量，保证餐线出菜有序有效

6. 定期培训餐线服务员的服务流程及质量，提高服务人员的服务水平和服务意识

7. 能合理并有效的处理餐厅客户用餐方面的投诉

8. 能按时有效完成领导下派的任务
