任职条件Qualifications：

1）熟悉冲压模具结构及模具制造调试过程中常见问题的解决方法；
Familiar with stamping tooling structure and the solution of manufacturing/tryout issues;
2）熟悉冲压工艺及常见产品缺陷的解决方法；
Familiar with stamping process and the solution of stamping defect;
3）熟练使用三维CAD或CAE软件，如CATIA/UG或Autoform/ Dynaform；
Skillfully in using the software CATIA/UG or Autoform/ Dynaform;
4）精通形位公差及工程制图等知识；
Good understanding of GT&D and 2D drawing;
5）熟悉APQP/Q3P流程及管理经验
Familiar with APQP/ Q3P process
