Job Summary

？ Liaisons and coordination with central marketing team on behalf of Asia Pacific Research Team

？ Support the development of topical reports in coordination with Research’s key Centers of Excellence

？ Manage digital marketing platform for region ensuring the timely release of Research and viewpoints 

？ Lead content development of industry awards applications 

？ Train research team and drive Research Team’s social media engagement

？ Review quarterly property and investment reports and PPT decks regularly to drive standardization

？ Draft Chinese and/or English language press releases, distribution emails, press comments and collateral

？ Develop campaign templates in email distribution platform

？ Oversee daily production of property newsfeeds/e-newsletters

？ Coordinate research report launch events and VIP visits/schedules

？ Other tasks as assigned

Experience

5-10 years broad communications experience including:

？ Campaign planning and execution of publication schedules to meet deadlines

？ Operation of digital marketing platforms and leveraging reporting metrics to share with stakeholders and monitor/drive performance

？ Running of platform or platforms such as Concep, Engage, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Pardot or similar and development of the target recipient base

？ Managing the launch of publications leveraging a wide variety of communication channels to enable engagement with different audiences  

？ Managing communications with the press

？ Developing comprehensive and short-form reports

？ Exposure to real estate markets in key Asia Pacific markets and a strong foundation in writing, editing, and publications would be an advantage

Skills and Knowledge

？ Excellent communications skills in English (must-have) and Chinese (an advantage) 

？ Deep understanding of digital marketing, online publishing, media monitoring, and media landscape with a knowledge of media monitoring platforms such as Meltwater or Polecat

？ Familiar with CRM systems and distribution platforms such as Concep, Engage, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Pardot or similar

？ Impeccable attention to detail

？ Outstanding team player, strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills 

？ Strong capacity to coordinate cross-functionally and across markets with an ability to juggle multiple projects on tight deadline

？ No previous knowledge of real estate required but exposure to business dynamics a must 

Qualifications

？ Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Marketing or Language would be an advantage
