Job Description: Finance Manager

Over View-Job Description:
Responsible for Fras-le Asia Financial Management including Trasury, Tax, budgeting and reporting in a team environment.

Dimensions:
Be the major team player in Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan. Lead all the other relevant functions of Tax, Budget ,Treasury and reporting functions.

Principal Accountabilities:
? Participate and gain in depth understanding of the Fras-le Business model in Asia
? Actively participate and lead development of the Annual Operating Plan.
? Create and Maintain good working relations with local and International Banks.
? Set up and lead all treasury functions of cash disbursement.
? Understand and fulfill all tax reporting requirements in China and Fras-le Brazil.
? Create, maintain and update Budgeting Systems for expenses.
? Create, Maintain and update Manufacturing costs.
? Create, Maintain and update Business Accounting Systems.
? Perform special analysis for specific projects on as needed basis.
? Communicate with the Chinese team and the Brazilian team in Brazil all the relevant results.

Education/Experience:
? Minimum of 5 years in Experience in Broad Experience in Finance Management. including supervision.
? Demonstrated deep experience in many of the above Accountabilities, but must include Accounting, Tax and Treasury functions.
? Experience in Multinational Companies preferred.
? Bachelor type degree with Accounting and Finance Management.
? Demonstrated fluency in Mandarin and working fluency in English.
