Responsibility
Participate in the development of common work practices, procedures and design standards ? Complete mechanical design for transducer with calculated parameters ? Conduct simulations using Finite Element Analysis software for transducer design ? Provide technical support and guidance in development team ? Prepare technical reports and presentations for design review ? Support DFMEA, DFA, FEA analysis and cost estimations during the development of products ? Implement and improve transducer design processes

Requirement:
? Bachelor's of Science degree in Engineering ? 5 years experience in transducer design and manufacturing environment ? Strong knowledge on transducer design, assembly, testing and functionality ? Specific Knowledge of membrane and magnetic materials properties, and mechanical Finite Element Analysis (FEA) with Comsol ? Base knowledge on 3D drawing making with Solidwork ? Physical Demands _ The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Preferred Knowledge _ Mechanical design capabilities ? Preferred Knowledge _ Finite element analysis abilities ? Preferred Knowledge _ Plastics and metal materials application ? Preferred Degree _ Master's of Science in Engineering or Physics ? Preferred Prior Experience _ Five years designing high performance transducers ? Required Work Traits and Competencies o Results oriented o Team player with a focus on fostering a team environment o Ability to lead continuous improvement with strong change orientation o Internal and external customer focus o Understanding of strengths and weakness combined with desire to learn ? Required Skills and Abilities o Demonstrated Leadership skills o Strong problem solving o Project Management o Inventive o Solid written and oral English ability Eligibility Requirements: ? Willingness to travel 10% of the time _ Do not remove unless there is no travel ? Willingness to work in an office in Suzhou, China ? Willingness to submit to a background screen and a drug test
