Purpose of the position
To deliver and actively sell Cryogenic liquid and Cryospeed Service to customer premises achieving complete customer satisfaction with product quality and service.
To identify opportunities for increased Cryospeed sales and report on competitive threats to existing business.
Principal responsibilities
To manage a Territory of assigned customers, and achieve targeted sales in both revenue and volume terms.
Secure by contract negotiation, new and existing business ensuring the best possible terms for Linde.
Identify potential sales opportunities and covert to real sales.
Identify threats to existing business and assimilate other competitive information.
Work with customers as well as NSC and PGP scheduling for daily deliveries of cryogenic liquid (nitrogen, oxygen, argon or carbon dioxide) in a safe manner.
Be responsible for Cryospeed Services and ensure safe operations in customer locations. Operate and fill Linde or customer owned equipment in a safe manner, and carry out site surveys to ensure that supplied equipment is installed safely to Linde standards, and customers are trained in the safe operation of such equipment through a Handover Acceptance procedure to satisfy the requirements of the Pressure Systems regulations.
Conduct PI, DSO, PSO activities closely aligned with Linde standards and policy.
Consistently use standard sales tool (contract, prospect, proposal) to updating report.
Interface with plant managers, local operation manager and Cryospeed Technicians to achieve objectives.
Collect market information, and feedback to management regularly in order to maintain exiting customers and win new businesses.

Required key skills (functional/technical) /experience
At least 3 years experience related to gas field with sales/filling skills
Technical knowledge of industrial gas and fill procedures.
Selling and negotiating skill.
High level of questioning/probing skills to uncover issues and create value for customers.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
Strong responsibility for own work.
