Responsibilities:
The Regulatory Specialist will have the following responsibilities:
? Support project manager, timely submission of regulatory applications for new product registrations for health supplements for minimizing the registration approval time frame
? Cooperate closely with Plant to maintain marketed products in compliance with local and corporate regulatory requirements for variations and renewals
? Proactively support communication with the affiliate business partners of the global regulatory status of new products and local regulatory trends that may impact the business.
? Full compliance with all government regulations and corporate policies including oversight of corrective actions.
? Coordination and implementation of consistent standards and processes, as well as sharing of best practices across the PCH regulatory organization.
? Support for regulatory routine tasks, meeting arrangement.
? Accountability for capacity and capability management.
Qualifications (Training, Education & Prior Experience):
? Tertiary qualifications in nutrition, pharmacy or a science degree
? You will have 4 years + Regulatory Affairs experience gained with multinational pharmaceutical or food companies working with health supplements
? Regulatory Experience with Health Food is preferred.
? Proven ability to identify registration issues and is solutions orientated.
? Proven ability to consistently deliver to time, cost and quality standards.
? Demonstrable experience of effective delivery of objectives in a complex matrix environment.
Organizational Relationships:
? The Regulatory supervisor (Health Supplements) will be a direct report of the Senior Regulatory Manager
? Collaborates with marketing, Sales, PPL, WRS, plant.

Familiarity with factors likely to influence the registration timeline and approval possibility, monitor and analysis regulations including new and emerging guidelines relevant to China regulatory strategies and implementation plans.
