Purpose of the position
To assist the top, senior and line management to implement and ensure compliance with local legislation and Linde Group directives in terms of Safety, Health, Environment and Security (SHES), and to comply with relevant quality standards in the group companies. In addition, he has the functional leadership to the branch SHES personnel.
Principal responsibilities
1.Develop SHEQ plan and manage the execution and improvement process of the plan, continual improve SHEQ management system in LLH.
2.To set up/maintain and improve ISO9000 Quality management system and running efficiency
3.Ensure Group SHEQ policy and local regulations to be fully followed up by each business.
4.Provide management and support to the SHEQ team in each Branch.
5.Develop and agree strategic plans, programmes and performance measures with the Managing Director (GM) as well as the Regional SHEQ Director and work with the senior and line management to implement and monitor performance.
6.Develop LLH project safety management plan, ensure project construction work to be executed in good safe condition and good safe method.
7.Develop and execute inspection, audit and risk assessment programme to identify hazard and evaluate risk, and monitor corrective action taken
8.Co-ordination of all the Branches and consolidate all the SHEQ related issues as a LLH SHEQ Monthly Report including the Safety Statistics.
9.Ensure all accidents, incidents, near misses and potential hazard in the companies are reported in time and provide full investigation of all serious accidents and incidents, with root causes established and appropriate corrective actions implemented.
10.Responsible/leading for QA audit/recognizing for all outsourced product suppliers/vendors, leading LLH quality work handling.
Required key skills (functional/technical)
-Degree in Engineering, Safety/Health or Quality discipline,
-with minimum over 5 years' working experiences in Quality and Safety Management
-Proficiency in English is essential
