Duties and Areas of Responsibilities (specific duties to be performed -input, in points not more than 10)
? Procure-to-Pay for A&P services tracking and reporting, including cash advance, accruals, commitment.
? Ensure invoices or relevant forms used in A&P reimbursement are in line with Dept. Standard Operation Policy.
? Fixed cost accounting and management, payment tracking, accrual feedback.
? A&P/Fixed Cost budgeting & monthly EFY update for Dept, and collect budget variance explanation to finance.
? Contract management either via e-system or in hard copy filing.
? Ensure timely sample delivery, tracking and feedback.
? POSM order, delivery, tracking and feedback.
? Sample/ supply signed cover collect and sorting out and filing.
? Audit supervision and guidance.
? Dept. SOP & workflow update and filing.
? Coordinate with related parties to solve the issues/problem raised.


Minimum Requirement of Incumbent:
Education:
? College or university graduate
Experience: (e.g. years, relevant experience and etc.)
? At least 1years' experience in a similar position.
Special Knowledge & skill: (i.e. key core competencies)
? Fluent in both oral and written English;
? Well-versed in MS Office software operation;
? Good communication skills and strong inter-personal skills.
? Outstanding analytical skills
