职位描述
Proactive and hands-on, the incumbent will play a contributing role to support the development of the internal communications plan. In addition, he or she will coordinate cross-functional projects and help the execution of communications related activities in line with business requirements and communications strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
-Support the Internal Communications Manager in strategy implementation
-Work closely with different stakeholders to ensure that programs are executed effectively
-Support the communications team in change management programs
-Plan and organize internal conferences, road shows, workshops
-Design and produce desktop publishing to promote the firm's organizational communications agenda
-Source, write and edit articles for internal newsletter & magazine
-Possess a good understanding about digital communications and the latest trends and development (internet/intranet/weibo)
-Provide ad hoc support on Marcom related projects
Skill Set:
-Excellent interpersonal, communication and written skills
-Creative, energetic, self-motivated, meticulous and resourceful
-A team player who is outgoing, positive and possesses the ease in communicating with others
-Thrives in a fast-paced and cross-cultural environment
-Proficient in MS Office applications, design related softwares (InDesign would be a plus, Photoshop, AI)
-A native Mandarin speaker with above average spoken and written English ability
Qualification:
-A university degree holder in Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Advertising or related discipline
-A minimum of 5 years experience in managing internal communications within a dynamic multinational company environment including editorial and events management
-Outstanding writing skills and an ability to analyse complex materials and turn them into interesting articles
-Experience in delivering change management plans and meet challenging deadlines
-Ability to take a proactive approach, demonstrate initiative and use personal judgment
-A high level of professionalism, a commitment to quality and ability to build lasting relationship with external vendors
