I. Overall

? Assist and support Affiliate Safety Leader in maintaining the Affiliate PhV and MI quality system, operations, audit readiness and business continuity, in accordance with applicable

i. Regulatory requirements and guidance

ii. UCB’s Standard Operating Procedures and associated instructions

iii. industry compliance requirements, codes of conduct 

iv. commercial partner obligations;

? Manage, collect, document, file and report all PhV and MI cases and work, including 

i. coordinating with UCB Pharmacovigilance vendors (e.g. Accenture, Bioclinica); communicating individual case safety reports, aggregate reports and relevant Pharmacovigilance information (e.g. Safety Alerts or signals) to the Regulatory Authorities;

ii. Ensuring the appropriate tracking, archiving and audit trail of all work done;

? Maintain relevant data bases and/or trackers for PhV and MI compliance;

? Train company personnel and commercial partners in PhV and MI duties and responsibilities, including proactive approach to safety case reporting and documentation;

? Active participation at internal and external meetings on PhV and MI; 

? Acquire and maintain regulatory, therapy areas and products knowledge and expertise.

? Provide regular updates and reporting for relevant activities, including progress reports, regulatory intelligence and ensuring

? Collaborate with cross functional teams, stakeholders, commercial partners and vendors, as directed by the Affiliate Safety Leader, to ensure audit readiness, patient safety and regulatory compliance, including for PhV and MI data reconciliation.

II. Project-Specific 

? As assigned by Safety Line Management  

III. Medical Information:

? Perform Medical Information activities in line with Core Global Medical Information (MI) Standards sop-008513 and associated global and local requirements, industry codes of conduct and regulations, including

i. Daily management of the Affiliate Medical Information mailbox & GMI System database to ensure that all spontaneous MI enquiries are processed accordingly;

ii. MI Enquiry quality checking and periodic case reconciliation;

iii. MI content management, including supporting the preparation, review, translation and maintenance of all medical information Standard Response Documents, Frequently Asked Questions 

任职要求：

? Mandatory - Undergraduate or post-graduate education in science related disciplines 

? Minimum of 1 - 3 year/s experience in the bio-pharmaceutical industry within Pharmacovigilance/Drug Safety of a multi-national bio-pharmaceutical company

? Experience in a junior supervisory position (e.g. project leader) and advantage

? Experience in product Risk Management Plan and/or Post-Market Surveillance studies an advantage
