Responsibility:

1. Managing the team of controlling professionals to maintain a stable and efficient daily operation of supply chain finance.

2. Implementing and maintain policies and procedures to ensure reporting system comply with global requirement.

3. Implementing and maintain internal control system to ensure comply SOX requirement.

4. Organize and instruct annual budget and forecast, monitor the variance between budget and actual result to support management actions.

5. Support supply chain management with professional financial analysis to improve the efficiency and profitability of the business like Capex investment, working capital improvement, cost reduction, inventory control, etc.

6. Lead NPD cost analysis and control process

7. Perform monthly and quarterly financial analysis, identify key gaps and the root causes, and analyze action plan.

8. Develop and updated monthly reporting package for both Finance and thebusiness


Requirements:


1. Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance

2. Over 5 years or more multinational company experience in financial analysis and costing controlling, manufactory

experience is a must

3. Ability to handle complex situations and generate innovative but practical solution

4. Strong analytical skills and oral and written communication skills, ability to clearly and concisely communicate with

non-accounting professionals ability to work in a team environment, perform well under pressure

5. Self-motivated & independent with strong sense of responsibility
