Responsibilities:

· Identify localize RM for new project with R&D

· Local RM sourcing, negotiation, profitability analysis to meet the saving scope and target.

· Daily working with project team to keep project on track, on time, on cost

· Weekly updates on project progress and status

· Lead team to accelerate project progress

· Seek appropriate support from sponsor

Requirements:

· College or above, major in chemistry is preferred

· Minimum 5-years experience in Purchasing, in Cosmetic, and/or Chemical, and/or Pharmaceutical

Industry Experience in Multinational company is preferred

· Have project management experience, saving project is plus

· Be familiar with supplier management, purchasing process and import & export trade process.

· High sense of responsibility, time and cost

· Good skill on communication, coordination and negotiation.

· Good command of English on listening, speaking, reading and writing.

· Proficiency in computer operation, has experience on ERP system is preferred

· Good working attitude, and capability of improving himself/herself

· Has experience of team management, capable to coach and develop team;

· Results minded and hard worker
