职位描述
主要工作职责:
1. 在SAP系统中处理客户的查询和订单
- 接收和回复客户的咨询/问卷
- 通过SAP系统处理客户订单，及时准确的处理发货和客户账单
- 跟进客户付款情况
2. 客户投诉处理
- 在SAP系统中输入客户投诉
- 收集必要的数据进行分析
- 回复客户并跟进必要的行动
职位要求：
- 此职位合同期为一年，合同期满后有续签机会。
- 有SAP SD模块经验者优先
- 良好的英语听说读写能力
- 良好的电脑技能(MS office, outlook)
- 良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力
