职位描述
? In Charge of CEO’s daily work schedule, travel planning, visitor logistics arrangements.
? Arrange meetings and take meeting minutes.
? In Charge of the facility, administration and office environment maintenance work.
? In Charge of the newsletter editing and publishing, internal communication activities for the team.
? Help department employees with the daily admin, accounting, visa, HR, training related issues.
? Arrange team activities & help with the unit activities planning.
? Help with any other requirements & tasks from the department manager.
任职资格:
You are a proactive person with excellent organization skills and attention to detail. You are a true team player, service-minded and keen on supporting managers in their daily work, as well as good at working independently. You take your own initiative and do not require task by task supervision. You are good at prioritizing and can proactively handle the demands of multiple managers through strong communication skills.
You should also have:
? Bachelor degree or above
? At least 3 years of work experience within administrative positions
? Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
? Strong integrity and ability to handle sensitive information
? Strong organizational, planning and coordination skills
? Strong cooperation skills
? Excellent communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English
