职位描述
-一般应付账款及维护审核文件，处理并将所有授权的付款请求输入电脑。
-维护应付账款明细记录文件，控制、审核和发放所有供应商的工资支票日期。
-在适当的付款日期处理供应商电汇和员工费用电汇。
-根据需要回答供应商的问题，并在出现问题时及时解决。审核所有应付帐款凭证和差旅费
-正确批准和文件的费用报告:
-检查帐号编码是否正确，如有需要，及时更正或转发给授权人更正;正确阅读应付帐款凭证，包括正确的供应商，付款地址，发票金额，付款说明等
要求
- 金融类专业大专或以上学历。
- 2 - 5年一般会计或应付帐款岗位或出纳财务经验，或信贷及相关工作经验。
- 良好的沟通和组织能力，熟悉电脑电子表格、软件和自动会计系统。
