AP Accountant – Central Finance Team 应付会计

Synopsis:
Along with EF fast growth in the China market, we are looking for a talent to join us as the AP accountant in Shanghai shared-service finance center.

The Role:
The AP accountant's role is to deal with all matters related to employee personal claim of all EF legal entities which including but not limited in staff expense claim, staff advance, petty cash replenishment.

Responsibilities:

1. Well collect personal claim reports from different departments and branches.

2. Verify each claim report according to EF internal policies, basic accounting knowledge and local tax regulation.

3. Reject unacceptable expense reports and well communicate with requester and keep records accordingly.

4. In charge of AP booking in finance system for all expense report

5. Make sure expense payments to be processed on time and accurately.

6. Make sure each payment cycle is reconciled.

7. Follow up any bank rejection and repay that on time.

8. Well communicate any issues with EF staff and make sure EF internal policies be well implemented.

9. Assist AP supervisor to complete other urgent cases.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above and majored in accounting and economic.

2. More than 2 years' related working experience on accounts payable position of a multinational company. Shared service center is plus.

3. High responsibility and teamwork spirit! Be a good team player and can work independently and under pressure.

4. Be familiar with MS office software.

5. Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English
