1. 帮助团队保持数据时效性;
2. 负责电话呼叫和客户预约;
3. 完成每月电话预约目标;
4. 协助大客户经理邀请客户参加当月主题活动;
5. 适当协助客户团队对客户咨询电话进行答疑。
职位要求
1. 大专以上学历,3-5年的呼叫中心工作经历,至少一年以上的管理经验;有教育行业经验者优先;
2. 丰富的呼叫中心行业知识,对呼叫中心和电话预约部门的运作和流程有深刻的了解;
3. 强烈的责任心和上进心;
4. 良好的中、英文听说读写能力;
5. 熟练掌握Office操作系统,精通Excel。
Job description:
1. Keep up-to-date records of sales and accounts;
2. Make cold calls and schedule appointments with potential customers who wish to learn more about EF’s products and services.
3. Manage to achieve monthly target;
4. Find sales leads using lists generated from marketing campaigns, and work with sales to invite these clients coming for monthly event.
5. Also work the customer service end of the business, answering questions that customers may have about a product or service.
Requirements:
1. College education above, 3-5 year call center work experiences and at least 1 year in management role. Education industry experience is preferred.
2. Rich call center industrial knowledge. Good understanding of telemarketing department operation and processing.
3. Strong responsibility and entrepreneurial spirit.
4. Good mandarin and English skill on listening、writing、reading and speaking.
5. Familiar with MS Office and especially Excel skill.
