负责项目点厨房的日常营运及菜品质量达到客户期望 供应商管理，优化流程，

确保每日收货数量和品质验收达到要求并做好相应台账记录 食品相关仓库管理（冷库，干货，饮料，水果等） 每日合理有效采购控制，

确保仓储及进出平衡 负责并确保营运符合相关食品卫生政策规范，

配合公司及客户方完成相应食品安全监测，避免各类安全隐患及事故发生

和客户方保持积极高效的沟通，听取意见并在短时间内作出相应整改

配合餐厅经理完成相关岗位标准化服务流程(SOP)的制订及实施配合餐厅经理负责菜品研

确保厨房内部的环境清洁并符合食药监局卫生安全规范 负责厨房员工的日常培训

确保厨师人员结构比例满足项目点运营的需求

根据客户的反馈意见，及时调整菜品结构，在烹饪方面提出相应的新要求，向厨师等专业人员做出技术指导
