Job Description：

1. Understand the integrated financial system especially on the general ledger management side

2. Accurate, timely generation of monthly, quarterly, annual reports including PRC GAAP and US GAAP report

3. Calculate the tax payable and declare the tax payment monthly,perform the cost Analysis to support Finance Controller and other Department Managers in Decision-Making Processes

4. Establishes and maintains VAT process and other taxation/statistics process, prepare the tax filing annually

5. Complete the Oracle upload, Encore report input, DFT report input & ETR input timely and accurately

6. Help to prepare the monthly financial forecast and every year profit plan

7. Make the actual expense analysis variance report compared with the budget and help to do the cost control

8. Support controller to maintain the GL accurately

              

Qualifications：

1. Strong knowledge and experience in the financial environment of the People’s Republic of China

2. Knowledge and experience of financial practices and systems of multinational corporations

3. Familiar with US GAAP, Chinese Accounting Regulation, Cash Management Policy and the Bank Settlement Regulations

4. Excellent skill of PC: MS office, Finance Software

5. At least 5 years relative working experience
