main responsibility is to manage and develop channel partners with strategic way, assist to Sales Director to manage reseller in North Asia (China Mainland, HK, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia). This role will work close with sales team for implementation.
- Focus in Greater China to recruit and develop channel partners.
- Strong experience in design, rollout channel programs for targeted market and execute with value-added distributors.
- Develop & execute business plan and lead generation programs to build strong pipeline. This role will be measured on qualified pipeline generated per quarter as well as assisting the sales team to achieve/overachieve quarterly quota.
- This role is to build the pipeline for Channel Sales Team mostly not just for the current quarter but for future 2-3 quarters. Channel Sales Team is to turn them from pipeline to orders.
- Work with Sales Director and Line of Business Sales leader to have a strategy for partner recruitment and develop them.
- Strong track record to connect with key business partners to
- Build and lead "Virtual Salesforce" by managing channel sales reps.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and channel management.
- Channel Management experience preferably in KOREA AND/OR JAPAN is a must.
- Experience in IT industry or Software Company is a must.
- University graduate is a must and master degree is preferred.
- Successful track record in consultative selling working with business partners.
- Consistent successful track record in attaining revenue quota >100%.
- Strong comment in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and verbal) and additional language (Japanese AND/OR Korean).
- Strong team player.
- Strong adaptive to change.
- Qualified individual must be extremely creative, quick learner and think out-of-the box.
