QC of Operation
Responsibilities:
1. Set up system standardization to comply with policies initatives, international standards ISO 9001:2000, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 other relevant customer specificationa.
2. Monitor performance of manufacturing aites, and take appropriate action to correct problems and reward achievement.
3. Recommend training plans and monitor the use and effectiveness/impact of problem solving techniques, quality standards, statistical techniques, and quality improvement tools to improve skill.
4. Ensure the effective implement of the global standardized system for supplier managerment and assure QA interaction with Purchasing, R&D, and Operation on effective execution to improve quality.
5. Participate in HSE trainings and activities, provide some good proposals and add value to company health, safety, environment,system.
6. Interact wiyh the sales force to promote the company image and detect issues in need of improvement.
7. Set up standard for new products every day to meet the requirement of customer from R&D and sales department.
8. Handle and trace quality peoblem and deal with FG return from customers in order to meet further propose.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree
2. More than 3 years managerment experience in multi-national companies
3.At least 5 years powder coatings quality management working experience.
4. Good communication ability
5. ISO system management experience
6. Fluent english application skills
