职位描述
Work close with coffee partner to deliver good services in the store
Manage marketing events & participate in store service design
Develop and manage store business plans, drive KPI achieve, maximize business opportunitiesResponsible for daily operation and management of stores, organization of store activitiesResponsible for customer reception, product requirement, product recommendation and sales according to customer needsCoordinate with product, IT & user experience teams to provide good service experience to the end customers & speed up the operation process
Must have:
- More than 3 years of working experiences in the store management
- Capable of tourism product development and sales
- Capable of working under pressure and tight timeline
- Overcome business objections of prospective customers
- Address customer concerns in a professional, productive, and timely manner
Preferred:
- Experience in tourism stores , such as Tuniu， Ctrip, Cassie（凯撒）, Spring Travel（春秋）..etc
- Experience in lifestyle retail store is a plus
Good Oral & Written English
