At AkzoNobel Powder Coatings we supply eight key market segments: appliance, architectural, automotive, functional, furniture, general industry, general trade coaters and IT - with our Global brands Interpon？ and Resicoat？.

Responsibilities:
oPigments/Additives/Packaging category management in China(incl. TW)
-Being the bridge(focal point) in between Corporate SAM team and Powder Asia 12 Sites.
-Participate Global Project and feed Powder Asia inputs and requirements.
-Organize frequent review meetings with SAM team to ensure supply, cost optimization, and drive continuous business excellence , and further, develop sourcing strategy for Powder Asia.
-Identify and lead projects to drive cost savings, improving DPO and deliver business excellence.
-Pigments/Additives/Packaging focal point to SBU technical team.
oDevelop Pigments/Additives/Packaging project team and working procedure by involving relevant stakeholders.
oNPR Management
-Being the bridge(focal point) in between Corporate NPR team and Powder Asia 12 Sites.
-Transferring Asia NPR spend to a transparent platform by facilitating sites to use SRM or use Purchase Order System.
-Further, Develop NPR sourcing strategy and key supplier relationship by working with Corporate NPR team.
-Organize right attendees to participant Corporate -lead NPR projects.
-Being Powder focal point and feed Powder business inputs to Corporate NPR strategy.
-Build up standardized procedure to improve NPR cost management by working together with cross functions.
-Start from key NPR categories including Logistics, Wine contract, Car Rental, Capex, and further, to expand the value to rest NPR spending.
-Being the trainer of NPR tools implemented by Corporate.
oReports
-Monthly Pigments/Additives/Packaging/NPR category sourcing review with SBU Purchasing Manager
-Weekly Work
-In-Process Reports
-Monthly Raw Material Raw Material SLOB Reports/RM Turnover Days Reports with Actions from SBU Purchasing Team.

Requirements:
？Bachelor degree or above in a business related subjects, MBA is preferred.
？At least 5 years of business experience and 3 years manager experience or regional sourcing experience in MNCs.
？Familiar with all the Procurement knowledge and effective practice, best idea of quality and cost oriented.
？Proficient in both English and Mandarin (speak, read and write)
？Strong organize coordinate and communication skills, interpersonal skills
？Strong expressing and analysis ability
