Powder coatings are always solvent-free paint and we apply them to metal and other conductive surfaces. They are used on many things like furniture, window frames, radiators, pipes, cars, and even wood and plastic!! At AkzoNobel Powder Coatings we supply eight key market segments: appliance, architectural, automotive, functional, furniture, general industry, general trade coaters and IT - with our Global brands Interpon? and Resicoat?. Responsibilities:
?Support SBU HRM in implementing high quality and pertinent-to business Asia Pacific human resource talent management and development programs incl but not limited to strategic talent acquisition and retention, talent pipeline preparation, organizational change, trainee programs, employee engagement, leadership talent review program, succession plan, talent development and training, D&I awareness training, etc.
?Provide in-depth analysis based on AKZO Key success factors and functional competency models and map out APAC training and development needs in functional/technical and leadership personal competency, etc. Prepare APAC annual training budget and detailed program.
?Liaison with BU/country learning and develop center to design and propose APAC annual training and development plans, follow through the whole implementation of such plans by working and coordinating with unit HRMs.
?Design and implement Powder APAC trainee program to prepare leadership and functional talents as per SBU people strategy to meet with SBU's future business needs.
?Support SBU HRM for Strategic and Key recruitments in APAC to fulfil leadership talent pipeline
?Work as D&I Champion to roll out D&I awareness trainings in APAC as per BU KPI and instruction to achieve awareness upgrade and mindset change in the region
?Prepare and document BU leadership talent review, join leadership talent review conversation. Support SBU HRM to propose talent pipeline and retention programs in order to create sufficient talent pool for business needs
?Work as a leading internal trainer to deliver training programs.
?Propose and implement APAC internal trainer scheme and programs.
?Work as project manager for any BU/SBU/country initiated HR projects such as Country Share Service Center rollout in 2012 year end, etc.
Work as a contact point for its recruitment/ payroll/learning and development functions implementation to ensure smooth and professional HR administration and service are provided for APAC whole region. Proactively provide constructive feedback to the China Share Service Center to ensure better cooperation in between and continuous improvement so that a satisfactory service level could always be maintained.
?Support SBU HRM to set out, implement and enforce all guideline/policies/programs/plans related to talent management Requirements:
?Bachelor Degree or above
?At least 5 years working experience in HR function with a regional role in multinational companies.
?Culturally sensitive
?Proactive and fast learning capability
?Must be creative and innovation
?A people person with outstanding communication ,interpersonal and influencing skills
?A believer and implementer of team work spirit ?Experience in Change Management and project management
?Must possess comprehensive knowledge of Human resources, direct experience in compensation and benefit and training is a plus. Experience as a trainer will be a plus.
?Able to perform under high pressure and can travel frequently domestically and abroad
?Good at dealing with difficult people and difficult circumstances
?Proficient in spoken and written English.
