1，确保仓库设备的保养工作，协调VOC及日常的保养跟进

Ensure the equipment maintain service is on time, support VOC internal process and follow up

2，行政采购及Vendor管理，控制可控的成本，协助管理层对cost saving做出贡献

Be responsible for the Admin procurement and vendor management, support internal management to achieve the cost saving purpose and controllable cost

3，能作为UPS代表，和外部的供应商协调

Be the UPS representative to co-ordinate with outsourced vendor

4，协助主管完成部门内各项日常事务的处理；

Assist supervisor to deal with the daily affairs of the department;

5，自我管理 Self-management

每天做好工作记录，及时更新各类统计数据和信息。

Daily work record, update all kinds of statistics and information.

6，良好的团队内部沟通，以团队为中心。致力于营造一个良好氛围的工作环境。

Good internal communication skill, focus on team sprite, devote to make a friendly atmosphere

 

要求Requirement：

有一定的工程管理经验，熟悉施工工艺，熟悉空调设备的日常维护。

Have a certain engineering management experience, familiar with the construction process, familiar with the daily maintenance of air-conditioning equipment.

熟悉办公Office软件的操作，会使用Auto CAD制图软件，有一定的英语基础。

Familiar with the Office software, Auto CAD software, have basic English communication skill (oral & writing).

善于自我激励及主动解决问题，有物流单位或大型仓储单位设备维护管理的工作经验。

Good at self motivation and initiative to solve problems, have experience in maintenance management of logistics units or warehouse units.
