SUMMARY OF POSITION:

1、Represents the Company in managing relationships with outside entities (key suppliers) for the company. Represents the Company during contract execution stage, acting as an ambassador and executive level of the company.

2、For those outside organizations with whom the Company maintains an interest, acts as a senior representative to establish and maintain a high-level relationship with the party. When opportunity presents, actively develop and initially craft business relationship.

3、Assist with developing companies's strategic plan and assist communications with investor community during initial public offering process.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

1、Must have executive-level business acumen, with knowledge of the Pharmaceutical sector’s business portfolio operations, especially Chinese pharmaceutical industry operations.

2、Strong communication skill in both English and mandarin Chinese, with executive level professionals. ? Must have a strong appreciation for and fundamental knowledge of critical business activities.

3、Must have a talent for identifying, establishing and fostering relationships and partnerships within business communities, including the leadership, interpersonal and presentation skills to influence and gain support.

4、Strong negotiation skills and business judgment.

QUALIFICATIONS

1、Bachelor's degree or above，MBA preferred. 

2、Work experience in leading pharmaceutical and/or medical device business operations. Chinese healthcare industry experience a strong plus. 

3、Demonstrated proficiency and talent in evaluating new technologies related to pharmaceuticals. A history of crafting executive level relationships with academic institutions, industry thought leaders, 3rd party enterprise partners, governmental agencies and industry / academic organizations Broad functional experience in a number of different business/technical areas which would allow a comprehensive view to be built relating to the inter dependencies and value of critical business functions.
