Responsibilities:
- In the company's annual plan under the guidance of reasonable arrangements for production work, handling all types of exceptions in order to achieve production targets.
- Under the guidance of the company policy, efforts to control energy consumption in the production process, have all the material usage, increase consumption (control production costs and related expenses)
- According to customer requirements, efforts to improve production efficiency and yield, quality, and production efficiency to achieve company goals,let Customer satisfaction.
- Support and join all kinds of internal HSES activity, including SHELD meeting, inner audit, and daily check and so on.
- Support the company business objectives, management and coordination with other departments, staff training, performance appraisal and other work, strengthening the personnel management, good team building, mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, and continuously improve the staff service level and work ability.
- Perform such other duties as may from time to time be assigned by operation manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Five years or above experience of production management and HSES management; familiar with production plan and safety working.
- Have ability of accident investigation and report analysis, can make analysis for process safe. Have ability of implementing MOC.
- Plentiful technical knowledge of powder coating.
- Strong communication, coordination and coach abilities.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
