Responsibilities:
？ Actively work with management team to improve all elements of SAQ to at least reference level. Ensure the standards achieved with IP protection measures are maintained. Fully implement BBS from "up to down" to "peer to peer". ？ Work with management team to achieve the target of Sales Value and EBIDA or other critical financial index。 ？ Establish standard of quality and management system in accordance with corporate standard and global standardization practices to meet the international standards such as ISO and other relevant specifications. ？ Direct, manage and co-ordinate all the activities of Production, QC, Warehouse, Engineering and Purchasing with the objective of achieving efficient operation and KPI targets set. ？ Supervise day to day operation to ensure that the behaviour and practices are abiding by all HSE and related legislative requirements. Analyse and identify the staffing and key development need of operation department based on the production plan and company long term goal to maintain an efficient and motivated operation team. ？ Support and co-ordinate with Sales team based on the sales forecast and target to optimise the production plan for market development. ？ Gather customer feedback from Sales team on regular basis to improve and maintain customer satisfactory level on product quality. ？ Perform such other duties as may from time to time be assigned by site GM to assist GM for achieving company goals on growth, sales, margins and other indicators.
Requirements:
？ Bachelor degree or above in Chemistry related subjects ？ At least 5 years of management experience in a Chemical manufacturing organisation ？ Relevant experience in international quality standard (e.g. ISO) and other application ？ Relevant experience in SOPs and systems. ？ Proficient in both English and Mandarin (speak, read and write) ？ Strong problem-solving skills ？ Strong planning and analytical skills with available resources ？ Strong leadership skills with outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills
