Assist HR Diretor preparing the annual headcount budget, manpower statistic and analysis.
协助人力资源总监制定公司人力预算，做好人力统计和分析.
To communicate with line manager to understand well the requirements when receiving the job application
接到用人需求后，与直线部门经理沟通，清楚了解部门需求.
Participate variety of recruitment activities so that the company’s recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable
参与招聘活动，开拓更多的招聘渠道和分析渠道,使公司招聘流程高效、有效、公平.
Prepare internal and external job advertisement, web postings, specifications for newspaper etc.
准备内部和外部招聘广告，网络发布，报纸发布规格等.
Establish Human resources / candidates pool, personal reserve 建立人力资源 / 候选人人才库.
Looking for suitable candidates for job vacancy, contact candidates, arranging interview selecting employe
为空缺职位寻找合适的候选人，联系候选人，安排面试
8.Recruitment data analysis, timely overview report on status
招聘数据分析，及时报告现状.


任职要求:
1年以上大型企业招聘相关工作经验,服务行业和制造业优先.
22-35岁,中专以上学历,人力资源相关专业优先.
良好的沟通协调和团队协作能力,能适应压力和自我激励.
