岗位职责：

1. 物业8001服务热线日常管理工作；
2. 对定期客户走访工作，主动了解客户需求，听取客户建议，客户意见处理和客户服务提升负责；
3. 对园区宣传活动及宣传及时性和方案负责；
4. 对VIP区域服务协调工作负责；
5. 每季度组织和客户沟通会，了解客户需求；
6. 对重大会议保障、问题跟进及沟通协调及时性负责；
7. 对园区重要参观提供接待讲解服务，熟悉园区介绍及公司历程；
8. 对园区各类投诉处理，对客户升级投诉、重要事项投诉及长时间未处理的遗留问题有效处理负责；
9. 建立服务热线操作指导书；
10. 对于每月的客户投诉和客户反馈建立档案进行分析跟踪；
11. 负责服务热线专员的培训和培养；
12. 负责前台工作的管理；
13. 完成上级交办的其他任务。

任职资格：

1、3年以上客服管理经验，有较强的报告沟通和组织协调能力、有良好的服务意识；

2、大专以上学历，管理类、行政等专业优先，有一定的英文基础；

3、能够熟练使用办公软件。
