岗位职责：

1. 贯彻执行适用的EHS法律、法规，定期汇报EHS工作的开展情况； 

2. 制定并完善EHS规章制度、年度EHS计划，监督执行情况,并跟踪其完成情况； 

3. 根据EHS培训程序以及公司各部门的要求，对新员工、在职员工和工程承包商等相关方人员进行EHS培训； 

4. 对EHS事故事件进行调查分析，确认事故原因并追踪纠正预防改善措施的实施状况； 

5. 开展职业病防护工作并对劳保用品进行管理； 

6. 定期协助甲方行政/EHS进行安全消防演习，并对演习过程进行评估，提出改进措施； 

7. 与消防、环保、安监、卫生等相关政府主管部门保持良好联系。 

8. 每月定期组织现场人员进行事件事故案例分析和学习; 

9. 建立现场ERP流程和管理体系; 

10. 建立现场文件管理体系和流程; 

11. 建立现场变更管理流程; 

12. 每年组织现场进行风险评估; 

13. 建立现场EHS检查制度和频次以及问题记录和跟踪; 

14. 建立现场化学品MSDS清单,和密闭空间清单; 

15. 完成上级交办的其他任务

任职资格：

1、2年以上地产物业安全管理经验，安全工程、环境工程等相关专业；

2、熟悉工程安全隐患等工作流程；

3、能够熟练操作办公软件。
