湖州招聘

1、负责对空调等设备定期进行日常巡检并做好记录；

2、负责对BMS、CCTV、安防等管理系统进行实时监控；

3、负责对基础设施定期进行日常维护和保养，对运维记录整理归档，并妥善保管各类文件、图纸、资料等；

4、负责现场配合专业厂商对基础设施进行专业维护；

6、负责对所涉空调施工现场进行配合并参与工程验收；

7、负责配合故障紧急抢修及应急响应及下派工单的执行。

任职资格：

1、年龄28~45岁之间。中专及以上学历，空调、暖通、排水及相关专业毕业

2、持有制冷维修或空调上岗证、制冷维修初级证及以上

3、熟悉暖通中央空调系统原理、分体空调系统和辅助设备基础知识

4、物业工作设备安装、维修，3年以上工作经验。

5、对分体式空调和大金品牌空调熟悉者 能独立维修者优先。

6、动手能力强，团队合作意识强，服务意识强，有责任心，工作态度端正；

4、会基本的办公软件操作；
