岗位职责：

1、严格遵守公司及客户的各项规章制度，保证不违规操作；

2、制定部门安全培训计划、程序，并培训、监督、指导实施；

3、配合客户方项目经理进行小项目的监管和协助；

4、完善SAP系统PM工单管理，保障维护工作按质、按时完成；

5、更新现有的系统图纸(AUTOCAD)，并对以后项目改造牵涉到的图纸变动进行管理和更新；

6、参加客户组织的EEW带电工作风险评估培训，对客户现场电气系统进行整体评估；

7、对于特种设备的管理，资料归档等；

8、协助处理客户投诉，跟踪处理投诉结果，确保客户满意度；

任职要求：

1、30-45岁，建筑电气、自动化、机电工程等相关专业背景；

2、有高低压证，中级电工证，

3、熟悉各种强电设备维户，意愿从事公共设施管理行业，并能具备持续改善的能力；

4、有一定的安全管理经验，确保项目的进行完全遵照客户方或者国家的相关法规要求的安全标准实施；

5、具有优秀的人际沟通和协调能力、计划与执行能力以及团队合作精神；
