工作职责：

公司园区的整体环境保洁管理；

员工管理，工作质量监督检查，岗前培训；

负责员工排班、考勤、人员等管理、物料管理；

任职资格：

从写字楼、商场保洁的管理工作5年以上：

团队管理人数不少于10人；

专业保洁知识全面，熟悉各种地面墙面保洁方式；

有一定对外沟通能力，

能够独立处理保洁部门内部工作协调安排，

汇报上级：保洁经理、区域经理

工作地点：上海长宁路
