TITLE Financial Controller
BASED IN: Moganshan 莫干山, Zhejiang Province, China
REPORTING TO: Chief Financial Officer
SUBORDINATES : Finance department staff
RESPONSIBILITIES: Accounting, reporting, budgeting, control, tax

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
? Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from top Chinese university
? Chinese accountant’s certification
? CPA preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE & AGE
? Minimum 10 years hotel finance work experience
? Of which at least 5 years in supervisory or managerial positions
? Experience as financial controller preferred
? At least 32 years of age, under 45 years preferred

QUALITIES
1. Strong operational and people management skills
2. Mature, professional, decisive
3. Ability to build and lead a high-performing team
4. Ability to work effectively with operating department directors

SKILLS
? Excellent spoken and written English
? Excellent Excel and analytical skills
? Experience with Yong You financial software

KNOWLEDGE
1. Thorough understanding of hotel front and back office operations
2. Concrete experience using hotel management software

? 具有本科以上学历，有中级或以上会计职称，中国会计师优先
? 从事酒店会计工作十年以上，年龄32岁以上45岁以下。
? 精通酒店财务管理，熟悉税收政策业务，熟练使用用友财务核算软件。
? 有较好的沟通表达能力、精通英语
? 有很强的领导协调能力、集团财务管控能力；有多年的财务经理任职经历，有财务总监任职经验优先
