职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Lead Finance Team of Mainland China
? Manage and monitor activities of external accountants and payroll providers in Taiwan
? Ensure compliance with Expenditure and Travel Policies localized for mainland China and Taiwan entities; review these localized policies each year and update and redistribute as necessary
? Review monthly balance sheet and income statement submitted by both Finance Team and external accountants and input them into PeopleSoft
? Conduct detailed review of all balance sheet accounts of mainland China and Taiwan monthly, requesting supporting documentation from the external accountant
? Provide financial support for all departments in Greater China
? Provide support to senior financial analyst to assist in preparation of annual budget and monthly forecasts for department expenses and assist with analysis of variances
? Prepare monthly cash flow forecast for China WFOE and manage day to day cash flows
? Manage the tax issues in mainland China and coordinate the tax advisor of Taiwan
? Coordinate statutory audits and prepare local filings in Mainland China and Taiwan
? Oversee the Order Administration Team for Greater China, including screening orders for compliance with the Revenue Recognition Policy
? Oversee commission calculation and approve commission payments
? Ensure compliance with the Credit Policy
? Implement and improve internal controls process
Qualification requirement
? Bachelor degree major in Finance Management, Accounting or Auditing
? At least 5 years finance management experience in MNC
? Fluent in English
? Familiarity with China Accounting Standard and US GAAP
? Rich experience with ERP system. PeopleSoft is preferred
? Self-motivated, mature, active and enthusiastic
? Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
? CPA, CMA or ACCA is preferred
