Mobility is the goal

- To support for HR Reporting System project implementation and future maintenance, including data migration, new report design and develop, testing, integration support, reporting analysis.

- Work closely with implement partner to assist HRIS manager for implementing new HR Reporting system in Zone China.

- Support data migration from various of existing system to new HR Reporting system.

- Assist in design, develop, testing new customized report in reporting system.

- Integration supporting from SAP, ADP to HR Reporting system.

- Providing and analysis regular HR reports for HRs.

- Providing data analysis ad-hoc report base on the business requirement

- Working closely with local IT team and global HRIS team.

- Routine support other HR system/applications in the comp, such as SAP, ADP, Sucessfactos, etc.

- Serve as a subject matter expert and a point of contact to the business HR team.

 

Mobility needs you

- Excellent reporting & analyzing skill, with strong logical and reasoning ability

- Good Microsoft office skills, especially Excel data processing, Excel Marco

- Good knowledge of SQL

- Experience in SAP HCM. Experience of SAP Ad-hoc report is a plus.

- Experience in ADP is a plus.

- Experience in Successfactor is a plus.

- Detail oriented and result driven

- Good English skill in both spoken and written

- Have passion to work collaboratively and effectively cross-functional

- Bachelor’s degree or above

- At least 2 years of working experience in HRIS.

- HRIS project experience is preferred
