主要职责

· 为销售人员进行销售技巧和产品知识的培训,加强学术推广能力，根据公司业务发展方向提升销售人员的实际能力

· 制定符合医药行业业务流程和实践的培训计划

· 探索最佳的销售技巧、销售管理实践和业务流程

· 追踪培训有效性，强化培训后行为转化

职位要求

· 大学本科以上，医药专业,临床医学最好

· 1年以上外资医药企业销售管理经验，拥有临床医生工作经验优先

· 对培训工作有热情，具备较强的学习研究能力，能够探索并使用创新的业务方法

· 具有较强现场应变能力，和承受压力的心理素质，较好的语言表达组织能力，团队合作精神

· 具备很强的人际沟通能力，

· 能适应频繁出差。
