1、负责电话的接听及转接，确保及时准确；

2、对来访客人做好接待、登记、引导工作，及时通知被访人员；

3、负责公司快递、信件、包裹的收发工作；

4、负责办公用品的盘点工作，做好登记存档。并对办公用品的领用、发放、出入库做好登记；

5、负责复印、传真和打印等设备的使用与管理工作，合理使用，降低材料消耗；

6、负责整理、分类、保管公司常用表格并依据实际使用情况进行增补；

7、维护前台区域内的整洁，进行该区域内的报刊杂志、绿植的日常维护和保养；

8、完成上级交给的其他事务性工作；

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，专业不限；

2、性格开朗，待人诚恳。工作认真负责，善于与人沟通，具有较强的应变能力和良好的服务意识。

3、能够使用office、excel等软件和相关办公设备。

4、口齿清楚，普通话标准，具有良好的表达和协调沟通能力
