工作职责:

·Manage Windows Server that runs on various Windows OS, AD SQL, and other mission critical applications.

?Daily administration and support of Level 2 requests or incidents on all communication platforms.

? Responsible for critical response for all related areas. This position includes on-call schedule responding to critical events. Provide in-depth problem analysis and resolution.

? Proactively handle troubleshooting, resolution and escalation of Skype for business online site and service issues.

? Perform duties on a rotating 24x7 on-call schedule as required

? Maintain and update operating system versions and toolsets to improve security and stability.

? Document all special procedures and instruction for knowledge exchange within the group or for client self-help guide.

? Develop and manage server monitoring systems in order to be "alert"ed for overall system health

任职资格:

? 2+ years of technical skills around the Windows operating system, SQL and server virtualization using Hyper-V. Networking skills are a plus.

? Experience managing centralized storage infrastructures (NAS, SAN)

? Strong "script"ing skills using VBScript and/or PowerShell.

? Experience managing large number of Servers, particularly with respect to updating and maintaining operating system levels and reducing administration efforts.

? Team oriented approach to meeting business goals. This includes commitment to individual professional development within the team.

Preferable

· MCSE / MCITP certified

· Experience working in MS Windows environment

· Excellent communication skills in English, and Chinese is preferred but not must
