工作职责:

1.Good Knowledge and experience of managing Windows Servers (especially Windows Server 2008 R2 and 2008 OS) including Server 2008R2 & 2008, AD, DFS, DHCP, DNS, etc).

2.5+ years of relevant hands-on technical experience, and a record of individual technical achievement. (MCSE, MSDBA, CCNA, PMP is a big plus).

3.Knowledge about Server hardware and how to verify the hardware and how to use the hardware diagnostic tools. Have some hands on experiences on hardware maintenance.

4.Strong System Engineering & Administrative skills with MS server products required including and not limited to; Windows 2008, Hyper-V, SQL 2008, IIS 7.0.

5.Knowledge and experience of managing monitoring tools (SCOM, Gomez or Keynote or similar)

6.Transactional monitoring, process and task automation configuration management, ops release management, and server deployments.

7.Scripting knowledge is required. (Powershell and Python)

8.Knowledge about Load Balancers and other Networking Tools. Understand load balance, HA, F5 Function. Have some experience on Networking, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and Firewall.

9.Knowledge of IIS and SSL Certificates.

10.Knowledge of ticketing tools.

11.Good Communication Skills in Both English and Chinese.

12.Previous Cloud knowledge will be an added advantage.

1.Administrator/Engineer will be responsible incident resolution, pattern recognition & root cause analysis.

2.Must be able to review and deliver strong operational feedback to functional specifications;

3.You will be expected to provide input on the online service deployment architecture including deployments, high availability, disaster recovery, performance optimization, telemetry & monitoring.

4.Meticulously follow Change & Incident mgmt. process for any Production Implementation.

5.Passion for working in a rapid operational environment and able to multi-task on several projects at once.

6.You will be participate in development projects from the envisioning phase through release and support.

7.Your contributions will help ensure that solutions perform, scale, and are highly available.
