Accountabilities
Identifies client opportunities, and leverages existing Nielsen contacts.
Defines and aligns our service offering with the our global industry leaders.
Approaches client targets and consults with them on our services and capabilities.
Consults with clients and proposes studies to clients
Designs and estimates costs of projects
Provides direction and consults with analytical staff on specific forecasting issues
Reviews reports and volume forecasts prior to delivery to clients
Leads client meetings and serves as senior representative in client communications
Pursues new business from existing and potential clients
Meets group revenue and contribution goals
Supports our global industry leaders in identifying and executing R&D projects in Greater China
Guides direct reports regarding management practices
Supervises direct reports by answering questions, providing constructive and consistent feedback, and conducting performance appraisals in a timely manner
Commits to equal opportunity employment

Qualification Requied:
Bachelor's degree
Fluent (written and oral) in Mandarin and English
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing research or marketing or a consulting field.
Supervisory experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of statistics, research techniques, and experimental procedures
Knowledge of marketing research
Knowledge of in-market data
