职位描述

• Provide detail monthly VM guidelines, collaterals and tester checklist to sales team.

• Allocate new launch collection/product/permanent collateral, tester, face-chart and ensure to be received before OCD

• Ensure all aspects of VM execution in each store including display, light-box, collaterals, window deco, navigation panel, enhanced merchandising and enhanced visualization are in line with VM guidelines and brand focus by collecting pictures from doors monthly

• Liaise installation schedule between suppliers and RMs and inspect quality after installation

• Submit monthly VM report

• Communicate/update progress to all stakeholder

• Work closely with sales team, especially with RMs and VM specialists

• Prepare collateral order for new launches/products

• Tracking collateral status (TSD, Bonded, Available) and maintain collateral checklist

• Lead new door opening collateral allocation for store display and manage new store photo confirmation from Regional in time.

• Accountable for budget management and monthly phasing of VM.

• Bachelor degree in art design or relevant.

• Fluent English & Chinese.

• Good communication skills and team work spirit

• Hard working and willingness to take additional responsibilities.

• Enjoy traveling and able to travel
