Seminar Deployment and Execution

Conduct training,  including but not limited to:

• Special seminars and Beauty class, Workshops, make-up techniques, customer service, Tools usage, handle customer complaint.

Evaluated and search for the each counter’s training opportunity and aligned with sales to confirm the various training needs.

Executes seminars and all education programs to achieve desired business results.

Prepare and conduct PR events, Beauty class and workshop for customers.

1. In-Store Development

• Focus in-store time. Work and sell approx. 60% of time to demonstrate high standard of knowledge, sell-through techniques and performance.
• Strategize with sales partners to develop, execute and follow-up action plans.
• Focus on modeling, teaching and reinforcing Service.

1. Development of Counter Specialist

• Acts as a role model, coaching Specialist behaviors that drive sales objectives and brand equity.
• Develop top Sales’ quality and quantity.
• Attending the sales team regular meeting to understand the business status.

 

任职条件

• The candidate should have a 2+ years of experience in training.

• Candidates must have strong developmental and indirect management experiences which have been demonstrated by positive past sales performance.

• Solid coaching, classroom training, leadership and communication skills are also a must.

  Proven exceptional ability in make-up application, customer service, public speaking and instructional training.  Must be versatile.

      To educate Specialist by providing them with the product knowledge, service and sales skills necessary to meet productivity goals and service standards. Support all PR and marketing activity, esp for beauty class and work shop. The three major responsibilities are:

  1) Implement all Training Programs, especially focusing on on-counter coaching.

  2) Ensure all Tom Ford Specialist are highly professional, well trained, and productive and deliver quality performance.

   3) Provide innovative ideas in training programs to increase productivity of the Specialist
