职位描述

Strategic planning and execution on annual CRM strategy and CRM program, to successfully enhance consumer loyalty and retention rate, as well as to improve prospect acquisition.

• Initiate targeted CRM programs to address important business questions and needs

• Assist line Manager in the yearly planning of Customer Care and Prospect Care activities

• Source and negotiate co-marketing project with other brands to create efficient

• Work closely with product, sales, Training teams to ensure execution excellence of CRM program over the counter.

  2.Database management to provide in-depth and business-oriented analysis, and also to facilitate internal team sharing and learning

• Provide monthly tracking and analysis on customer database and develop action plan to maximize business opportunities

• Manage national Call Centre for Customer Care and Prospect Enquires

• Maintain customer data capture rate at high lever

• Manage customer complaints

• Manage and monitor performance of CRM agencies.

  3.Direct marketing calendar plan to effectively support product campaign launch

• Set up the CRM launch plan for national roll-out and lead project team to achieve targets with limited time and budgets

• Provide insightful campaign post evaluation for strategic planning needs

• Consumer communication ROI control

  4.VIP consumer program

• Design and produce VIP club communication tools

• Plan and execute the club gift redemption program

• Monitor VIP customer database system;

• Help other departments to analyze the business and customer status regularly

  任职条件

• Education: University graduate with 5+ years experience in CRM Management background.

• Required Background Characteristics

• Good sense of service and responsibilities

• Strong leadership ability and project management skills

• Mature communication skills

• Passionate with high energy
